That was funny stuff! Sadly, Maher appeals only to the reasonable people like Faux appeals only to the unreasonable people.
And of course, stupidity always is more attractive than rationality. Which is why there are so many dumbass, obedient silver-haired sheep with voter registration cards.
If you are getting your political info from Bill Maher, I have to believe you are a fundamentally unserious person seeking to rectify years of feeling "uncool" by smirking along the White Shadow

while I agree with you, unfortunately Bill does himself a bit of a disservice by being graphic with his speech so people dismiss him because he's crude. They do not or cannot get past his expletives to listen for his statistics, harder data, facts and logic. It's unfortunate, of course, but it does make for good humor along with truth for you and I and those of us who do watch him. So it goes.
