I remember when phones were only in homes and businesses.
...I remember when phones were only that--telephones.
...I remember when phones couldn't text.
Heck, I remember when there was no such thing as "texting'.

Foo, I remember when phones only had dials!
And phone numbers started with letters--exchanges.
My first phone number ATwater9-6766--a bit of trivia that still sits in my brain!
Enjoying the "I'm so old..." posts!
When I was growing up we shared a line with a neighbor....
Yeah! Me too! I remember the dials only, too!
Glad you're enjoying the "I'm so old..." thing. I started it because, really, everything, even now, is changing so quickly, from the "old way" computers are done to any and all new ways. Bizarre.
And they're changing so quickly, we hardly get to pause long enough to acknowledge them. I thought somebody should so I'm that somebody.
