Gunmen exchanging fire in Kansas City

Now ain't that a shame?

Geez, it's the wild West over there. Check this out:

"A gunman suffered a shotgun wound to his face today after he allegedly barged into his ex-wife’s house firing shots — and met another gunman."

Good idea. You see your ex-wife so you start shooting at her.

No anger management problems there.

You really should check out that whole article in the Star. It's a stunner.

Dear Mr. Kevin: yes, it is getting like the "Wild West" over in KCMO and KCK. Long past time for the local city establishments to stop forcing their respect police departments to issue these ritualistic statements about how "crime is down sharply." By my count, the "unholy alliance" of the Concerned Clergy Coalition and the KCMO convention industry has forced the KCPD to release a couple dozen such statements in the past 18 months. Sincerely, Respectfully and In Christ, Ernest Evans PS: On the good news front, see the Star's article today about the death of that promising young high school senior--"men and women of good will" in the city getting quite fed up with the "Party Line" of the city establishment that "crime is not a problem."

Glad the guy with the shotgun was there to defend, but it sounds like someone needs to teach him the difference between buckshot and birdshot.
