Our Enemy Wanted--and Still Wants--Donald Trump President

 Let's face facts, folks, Americans.

There is solid proof both in 2016 and now, again, in 2020, this election year, that our known, sworn, very public enemy wanted none other than Donald J Trump President.

Note to Republicans---You've Got to Stand for Something


I got a reminder today when I saw that it was July 3. Bing notified us all it was, among many other truly notables, that it was country singer Aaron Tippin's birthday, 1958. I really didn't know who he was but looked closer and found he did this following song.



How timely and perfect, I thought, I think.

At a time when this President has not, to this day, made any attempt whatever to punish Russia, our known, very public enemy, for putting a cash bounty on our American soldiers heads, collectively and individually, who are serving our country in Afghanistan, what better statement to be made presently than "You're got to stand for something"?

These two lines seem especially pertinent, poignant and applicable for and to this Republican Party President and all in Congress presently:

You've got to stand for something or you'll fall for anything
You've got to be your own man not a puppet on a string

Ironically, very ironically, the Senate today passed this measure.


Get that.  They're sanctioning China today for not standing up for Democracy there. But even propose, let alone pass a sanctions bill against Russia for putting a cash bounty on the heads of our American soldiers in Afghanistan??

To date, not a word. Not a peep.

So. Republicans. Do you stand for our soldiers in the field? Do you stand with us, with the nation, or with your President who seems to be supporting Vladimir Putin and Russia? And standing for him and that country in this and in other ways, provenly.

We're waiting.

Still, Still Nothing From This President In Response to Russia's Bounty on American Soldiers



Still, to this day, July 2, 2020 and this Republican Party President has done nothing, nothing whatever to even come close to punishing Russia and Vladimir Putin for putting a cash bounty on our American soldiers in the field in Afghanistan.

Seriously, How Is This Man Still President?

So either last week or a month or two ago this President Trump learned Russia and his buddy Vladimir Putin actually put a cash bounty on our own American soldiers over in Afghanistan, to be paid to Taliban members who killed them, again, our American soldiers.

The revelation was bad enough, certainly.

Then we learned our President hadn't done anything about it.

Nothing. 

Did nothing whatever to punish Russia for putting a cash reward for killing our soldiers in the field.

At least as bizarre, if not more so, to this day, this Republican Party President Trump still, still has done nothing. Done nothing to punish Russia in any way.


Stunning.

Thanks, Mr. President.
Thanks, Republicans.

I ask again, how is this man still President?

No one can or does say it any better than an American Veteran.

Is This Not, Then, the Very Definition and Act of Treason?


On the subject of Russian bounties paid to the Taliban in Afghanistan for any and all of our American soldiers killed by them there, this broke yesterday.


And still, from that day to this, from whatever day this President Trump learned of these bounties paid by the Russians for killing our American soldiers, still, still, to this day, this President has done nothing, nothing to punish Russia for this act, for these acts.

What is that, ladies and gentlemen, if not treason?


Is that not, as I asked, the very definition of treason?
It certainly seems to clearly be a betrayal of our American military, of all our American soldiers.

  • The Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein on Monday painted a scathing portrait of President Donald Trump's conduct on the world stage, particularly as it relates to his conversations with other leaders.
  • Multiple sources described the US president as bullying and belittling allies while fawning over autocratic leaders.
  • Sources said that Trump behaved in a "near-sadistic" fashion with female leaders; that he talked to Russian President Vladimir Putin as if they're "two guys in a steam bath"; and that Turkey's president "took him to the cleaners."
  • Trump's behavior was said to be so unusual and erratic that it convinced several senior administration officials that the president was "delusional."
  • In some cases, Bernstein's CNN report said, Trump's actions led White House officials to conclude that the president posed a national security threat.
All of the above are bad, if not even possibly frightening, in a national leader but that last one? Check that out.  People within the White House themselves concluded the "President posed a national security threat."

Unreal. Unbelievable. Nearly. Yet this is where we are.

I say again, thanks, Republicans.

That's quite a guy you've got there. Quite the guy you've foisted on us all, on the nation.

And all just so you could have and keep power.

I honestly do think and believe and feel this President Trump has now committed treason, yes, absolutely. But it's treason by ignorance and recklessness and even stupidity, not by design.  It's unbelievable this is where we are.

How Is Donald Trump Still President?


This President Trump learned, at some point, either last week or months ago, that Vladimir Putin and Russia put out a bounty to pay the Taliban in Afghanistan to kill our American troops, our soldiers over there.

His first response to this information

First he said he wasn't told, that he knew nothing of or about it.

Trump Says He Was Not Briefed 

On Russian Bounties


Now he says what he was told, the intelligence, wasn't credible.


Which is it?

Now it's June 29 and still, to this minute, that same President Trump has still done nothing about these bounties to Russia.

That is at least gross, gross dereliction of duty if it isn't, in fact, treason, no exaggeration.

Donald Trump: Russian Plant or Honestly Just That Stupid?

Statistics today, first, ladies and gentlemen, on this pandemic.

As of this moment, the United States of America has more confirmed deaths from this coronavirus pandemic than any other nation in the world.

More confirmed deaths than any other nation.

We have more than 1/4 of all the deaths in the world. Over 52,000 as of yesterday and there are approximately 200,000 deaths worldwide.

And the deaths in America from this are still climbing, keep that in mind.

China has a population of nearly 1.5 billion people. We have about 335 million citizens. But we have more, far more, of the total deaths from this pandemic than China or any other nation?

The "wealthiest nation in the world" has more deaths from this pandemic than any other nation and no way near enough protective equipment or, God knows, tests.

Then, with all this, a few days ago, our own President of the United States suggested, in the middle of one of his own daily press conferences on the coronavirus, that Americans inject disinfectants to treat themselves.


This is after the same President recommended Americans use a drug the medical field don't, in fact, recommend.

Trump recommends hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19


Our National Institute for Health had to come out against this advice.


His own FDA, our Food and Drug Administration, also had to come out after, as other doctors did, and say don't, a few days ago.


Along with this is the fact that earlier in this President's administration, he also praised Russia's Vladimir Putin. And more than once.

And that's just a little bit of the evidence and information that brings me to my, this question.

Seriously, is Donald Trump a Russian plant in our nation, in our White House, our government?

Or is he just honestly this stupid?

Exactly How Bad Does This President Have To Get For Republicans?


‘A Warning’: Trump Is Stupid, Crazy and Dangerous

I ask you, in all seriousness and sincerity, just exactly how bad does this one Republican Party President Donald J Trump have to get before people in his political party wake up? What's it going to take?
  • He asked the head of a foreign nation to investigate a private American citizen who, oh, by the way, just happened to be the son of his foremost political rival in the current election campaign for his very job
  • People on his staff who were on the phone call that day realized and accepted that he, this President, was offering a "quid pro quo" of the hundreds of millions of dollars our Congress has already formally set aside for that country to fight against our mutual enemy, Russia. I prefer to see it for what it really was. That is, blackmail or extortion.
  • In spite of insisting, again, repeatedly, on his deep innocence, this President refused subpoenas from our own Congress---you know, that other branch of our government?--and had all the members of his administration do the same. Does that seem like something an extremely innocent man would have to do? Is that not contempt of Congress? 
  • He, this President, has been, for 3 years, and still is today shattering the Emoluments Clause of our Constitution by accepting money--and large amounts--from foreign nations while serving as President by not having divested himself of his hotels here in the nation and across the world. Plenty of us out here think the man leading the nation shouldn't be taking not just money but large amounts of money from foreign nations. Imagine that. Our Founding Fathers warned us of it, rightly, of course.
So, what's it going to take?

Yes, some Republicans have thankfully, finally come out against Mr. Trump and are actively working against him (see last link below). But it's no way enough.

I think the DC Reporter has the current situation correct.


Letting the President Get Away with Contempt of Congress Will Make the Legislative Branch as Irrelevant as the Roman Senate

Meanwhile, much to this President's likely delight, Russian Premier Vladimir Putin called out his support for Mr. Trump.


Can you imagine the outpouring of outrage and vitriol there would have been if the previous President Obama had public support from Vladimir Putin?

So what will it be, ladies and gentlemen?

We're not just in a Constitutional crisis but at least a few, if not more.

What's it going to take with and for these people, these Republicans, these Trump supporters?

Just exactly how bad does he and our situation have to get?

I hope we don't find out and I hope we don't have to.
