I have never been alone. The rest of the advice still applies.
I just think we're born alone and experience everything that way, alone, and no one knows our thoughts or has the duplicate experiences or, again, thoughts and then we die alone, that's all. I accept it and then, after that, work to help any and all I can and try to share a laugh or some information or place or experience or whatever.
