On KS Gov. Brownback's State of the State speech

A friend of mine put it best: "Brownback State of State speech summed up: Cut taxes on upper income, make increase in regressive sales tax permanent, shift funding burden to local governments and thus property taxex, and refuse to restore vast cuts in education and social services. The Koch Brothers must be proud." It's such a selfish, stupid path to take and goes for the wealthy but against the middle- and lower-classes.
