In 2009, there were 3,230 reports of sexual assault including rape, according to the DoD, with many more that number thought to be unreported. In a 2003 survey of female veterans 30 percent reported being raped in the military. A 2004 study of veterans with PTSD reported that 71 percent of women seeking treatment said they were sexually assaulted or raped while serving in the military.
Yeah, terrific idea.

Women shouldn't be limited because of the bad behavior of men. MEN should be!
I agree wholeheartedly, of course, but also would want to make sure women are protected, especially from young men whose hormones are raging.
One way to start would be to have a zero tolerance for such behavior from the guys and another would be to have stricter punishments--and follow-through--for when sexual harassment of any kind takes place, of course.
