Petition to recall Kansas legislator on the internets

There is a petition out on the internet today to recall Kansas Republican Speaker of the House Mike Neal. It seems he said he was praying for President Obama's death. From the site (see link below): "Unfortunately, he's praying for the President's death. And he's exploiting the Bible to do so, circulating an email that cites Psalm 109: 'Let his days be few; and let another take his office. May his children be fatherless and his wife a widow.' O'Neal said of the violent Psalm 'At last -- I can honestly voice a Biblical prayer for our president.'" Praying for your own national leader, the president of the nation to fail is one thing--that's bad enough. This is really ugly. And stupid and irresponsible, at least.
