CEO pay comparison
It speaks for itself. This is yet another example of why the rich should be taxed at least 3 to 4% higher than the rest of the nation. There are so many issues here, it's nearly overwhelming. This is insanity and no way to run a country.

If only the rich were taxed only three to four percent higher than the rest of the income earners.
Now that would be (more) fair.
As it is, according to the IRS, the brackets break down to 35% for those over $379,00 in income, followed by 33%, 28%, 25%, 15%, and 10% for those under $8,500.
But, let's face it, with deductions and credits, those last three brackets mostly pay nothing. They're simply required to give the feds an interest free loan until the refund check arrives.
Capital gains is taxed at true 15% (with no mercy), and I think that is too high.
