The court decision was, he declared, “a judicial coup” carried out by “the Gang of Five, philosophically led by archconservative Antonin Scalia.” We should never forget that George W. Bush, Dick Cheney and their Supreme Court got away with this. Further, we should find some way, judicially, to make certain it doesn't happen again. I don't know that that's possible but I certainly hope it is.
