You almost can't believe the transportation bill the Republicans want to pass in Congress right now

This is one ugly, irresponsible, even ignorant piece of legislation. They're trying to cut funding for transportation projects, Amtrak, defer "much-needed bridge and tunnel maintenance" and a lot more.
