And to date, we're doing too much of the far more expensive, wasteful and even immoral and stupid incarceration.

2nd "Most Redneck City"? That hurts

Holy cow.

I would have thought we were bad, sure, and I think "redneck" permeates lots and lots of America but Kansas City, 2nd most redneck city in the nation?

Yee-haw! Kansas City named second-most redneck city in country

The website Movoto ranks Kansas City as only the 2nd worst most redneck city in the nation.
