Hawley is running against Senator Claire McCaskill for her seat in Congress. The luncheon reception costs $1,000 per person, $2,000 per couple. A couple can pay $10,000 to attend the luncheon reception and get a photo with Trump. If they still want one, that is, after today's rather treasonous events.
Let's get out there and protest, folks.

It's not 'her seat'. Its Missouri's seat that she was elected to occupy. Let's hope and pray that Hawley is voted to occupy Missouri's senate seat in November.
When you say treason...you should talk about how treason was actually committed. Since Trump (who owes allegiance to the US) has not waged war against the US or has given aid and support to US enemies (Russia is not the USSR and not an enemy of the US) then its hard to see where treason was committed. Contrast this to Obama sending $400M in cash to Iran on a plan in the middle of the night. Iran is an enemy of the US and giving Iran $400M is aid and comfort.
Words do have meaning...use them correctly.
