Why we must fight to get the big money out of our government

Why we must fight to end campaign contributions in elections in America.

Frederick Douglass, an escaped slave who wrote "I prayed for 20 years but received no answer until I prayed with my legs" went on to become a leader of the abolitionist movement, author, statesman, and orator of great influence. He was the first black man to be nominated for Vice President of the United States, on the tiny Equal RIghts Party ticket (and apparently without his consent, interestingly enough) and also wrote "The thing worse than rebellion is the thing that causes rebellion."
