After 162 games, one team will have one more win than another, & yet, the fan boys will argue about which team is better.<br /><br />The odds of winning the Super Bowl are 1 -32. With only 16 games, no one can go undefeated, & yet, the fan boys will argue about which team is better.<br /><br />The odds of winning both in the same year are 1 - 960.<br /><br />Most people don't understand probability. You can see this with their use of the word 'luck'. If you win two years in a row, you have NOT been lucky & beaten the odds. If you don't win in a hundred years, it still does not mean that the probabilities are wrong.<br /><br />All of the above just underscores how stupid it is to gamble on sports, or to get terribly excited about winning.<br />Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
