Good thought but you know how businesses are--once it's theirs, they're not likely to give it up, for sure. And after all, they can give their Congressional representatives a few thousand dollars and it all goes away.

Since the US government and Big Oil have admitted to stealing $6-billion from the various Nations, why not pay them?
