There are, in fact, things we can do to stop mass shootings


We could change this, for instance:

James Holmes, Aurora Shooting Suspect, Purchased 6,000 Rounds Of Ammunition Online

It's legal to buy 6,000 rounds of ammunition online, rather anonymously, and have them delivered to your door.

Maybe that isn't such a good idea.

    Nor are AR-15s and high capacity clips for any weapon a good idea.

    You'll be hard pressed to get any politicians going against the NRA which intimidates them at election time.
