We're all being screwed and we let people do it to us
We're all being cheated, screwed, by American corporations, the American health care system, the American pharmaceutical industry, the American insurance companies and finally, by our own supposedly representative government.
the vast majority of Americans don't know they're being screwed by the system. left-wingers might but too many Americans defend the current system as "best in the world". It isn't a case of stating the obvious at all. Mhy point is to the people who think we have a great system now, when you and I know better. Just because one person--you, in this case--know it, doesn't mean it's more commonly believed. It's not.
As a means of purely keeping people from saying mean, ugly, vile or profane or slanderous things, I moderate comments. I'll get your comment up soon as possible (as long as it's not any of the above).

ReplyDeleteIf you're just going to post Captain Obvious-type stuff, maybe you'd be better off keeping a diary on paper and not bothering us with your thoughts.
...and we need to change this whole system and do something about it. Identifying the problem is a start.
